Hello. My name is Paul Dalton, and I opened our counseling offices in Lexington KY to assist people just like you. The goal was to create a caring, helping environment with excellent mental health professionals. Our success in helping people has surpassed our wildest dreams. We have invested to add behavioral health services and psychiatry offices in Frankfort KY and Richmond KY. Everyone should be able to access high quality, professional mental health services in their own community. My hope is that we have made this easier for you and the people you care about. All of our locations make available several types of individual, family and relationship therapists so that we may offer everyone in Central Kentucky behavioral health assistance they deserve. Our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner can help with psychiatry and medication management if you decide that is what is best. We believe in solution-focused therapy, helping you right where you are and providing counseling and or psychiatric services we can be proud of and that our clients will highly recommend to their friends and families.

What is the difference between a counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist, social worker, etc?!

We have 3 practitioners at our locations. These include Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors-LPCC, Licensed Clinical Social Workers-LCSW, and a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner-APRN.
