Tish is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Kentucky and provides individual therapy and counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. After completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Sociology, Tish continued her education and Lindsey Wilson College and earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling. Tish has worked in the mental health field for 25 years and has been a licensed practitioner for 22 of those years. She has experience with individuals who are dually diagnosed and has a long history of working with individuals who have experienced traumatic events.



Letitia Holland-Cundiff, M.Ed., NCC, LPCC-S, CSOT has training and experience with helping individuals with a variety of needs including but not limited to the following – depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, relationship problems, personality disorders, PTSD, assertive communication, and boundary issues. She uses evidence-based practices which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Focused CBT.
