Zoe Beckhart is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor in the state of Kentucky. Zoe graduated from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor’s degree in Family Sciences and a minor in Psychology. She furthered her education at Eastern Kentucky University and obtained a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Zoe has experience working with clients in an outpatient counseling setting, as well as substance use treatment programs, providing both individual and group therapy. 

Zoe is trained to work with adults with a variety of mental health needs, such as anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, self-esteem/self-confidence, stress related concerns, adjustment issues, and substance use. She utilizes evidenced-based practices and therapeutic techniques including client-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy and reality therapy techniques.
