Melissa received her Master of Arts from Eastern Kentucky University and is independently licensed in the state of Kentucky to provide mental health counseling to individuals, families, and groups of all ages.
Melissa utilizes a person-centered, strengths-based approach that values each person’s unique experiences and abilities. She believes that every person has the capacity for change and authentic living.
Melissa has experience helping individuals with a wide variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, impulse control, grief, self-harm and trauma. She specializes in counseling children, adolescents, and their families, but has worked with people of all ages.
