Welcome new clients

As a new client with us, you are extremely important. Below you will find directions, required paperwork, and maps for your first appointment. Many of our clients are under stress and have anxiety about the first appointment. Our office administrative staff and our clinicians understand this. We are here to help. Call us if you need to. We will be ready for you and do not want to allow a minor issue with the process to prevent you from coming in to reach your goals. If your online access is limited, please call us at (859) 338-0466 and we will help you step by step. It is our pleasure to help you. We know starting the process can be difficult, and we are here to help. Our admins answer the phones M-F 8:30am to 5:00pm M-F.

Please complete the portal invitation from your provider and finish all of the online paperwork prior to your appointment.

All of our professionals accept major insurance and EAP plans. Please ask when scheduling. If you would like to use insurance, please call your insurance company and request an authorization to use our services. Obtain the authorization with the clinician you are seeing unless advised to do something different.

If you need to change or reschedule your appointment, please do so with an appropriate notice. If it is less than 24 hours, please contact the professional directly at their emergency number.

Please note that your clinician will meet you at your scheduled time. Our offices do not require a check in procedure. At times, our staff may run a little late. Please understand that they will give you the undivided attention you deserve.  Thank you. We look forward to helping.
