Zoe Beckhart is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Kentucky. Zoe graduated from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor’s degree in Family Sciences and a minor in Psychology. She furthered her education at Eastern Kentucky University and obtained a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Zoe has experience working with clients in an outpatient counseling setting, as well as substance use treatment programs, providing both individual and group therapy. 

Zoe is trained to work with adults navigating a variety of mental health needs, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, stress management, life transitions, grief, and substance use. She utilizes evidenced-based practices and therapeutic approaches including client-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy and reality therapy techniques. Zoe is also trained in Basic Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based approach designed to help individuals quickly and effectively process and resolve trauma and distressing emotions.
